“Annemarie Davidson” Champagne Copper Floral Plate

Annmarie Davidson is a German-born American copper enamel artist, who is known for her enamel plates that feature intricate and colorful designs. Davidson's plates are made using a traditional enameling technique, in which powdered glass is fused onto metal plates through a process of heating and cooling.

This handcrafted plate features a delicate floral design in soft shades of blue, purple and green, contrasted beautifully against a shimmering champagne-colored background.

The plate is marked on the bottom with Davidson's signature AD mark within the enamel, as well as sticker.  (1950-1960s)
